Carien Makelaardij offers three kinds of packages; the basis-, the medium or the compleetpackage. This means you are able to choose the package that fits best for you.

The commission will be paid when the house has been handed over to the new owner(s) by the notary. This notary will take care of this for you.
When you decide to put your house for sale by Carien Makelaardij, you don't have to pay intitial costs. The only amount you have to pay is 225 euro. This is the amount we yearly have to pay to the website www.funda.nl for each house we want to have presented on this important website.
Of course you can cancel our cooperation anytime you want to. No extra costs will be charged, so it's almost like a 'no cure-no pay'.
